Eligibility

To qualify, your child must:

  • Be 18 years old or younger

  • Live in Prince George and area

  • Be registering for a seasonal sport with an eligible program

  • Come from a family that meets the income guidelines

Every Kid Deserves a Chance to Play!
We know that sometimes families need a little extra support to help their kids get involved in sports or physical activities—and we're here to help! Whether it's boxing, bowling, skating, skiing, or something totally different, Jumpstart is committed to making play possible for every child.

So ALL Kids Can Play in Prince George!
At KidSport Prince George, we believe every child deserves the chance to experience the joy of playing sports. That’s why we offer grants to help cover registration fees—so kids 18 and under can get in the game for a full season of fun!

We provide up to $300 per child, per year for families living in Prince George.
Not in PG? No worries! Reach out to the KidSport BC Provincial Office to find your local chapter or apply through the Provincial Fund.
