Hockey Canada Assist Fund Update

Hockey Canada Assist Fund will open Saturday, Aug. 1, for the 2026-2027 season.

Funding is available on a first-come, first-served basis, and applications will only be considered completed once all the required documentation has been submitted.

To prepare, eligible families should have:

• Confirmation that their child is registered for the 2026-27 season with a Hockey Canada-sanctioned Minor Hockey Association
• Valid proof of total family income, such as a Canada Child Benefit statement or the previous year’s Notice of Assessment for each income-earning family member
• Information about any other funding for which they have applied
